I’m Erica! I live in southeastern Pennsylvania with my entrepreneurial husband of 10 years and two precious little gals. I am a homemaker, Licensed Real Estate Agent, business owner, and DIYer with a passion for all things décor and wellness!
What is C H O S E N’s mission?
My mission is to incite creativity & encourage wellness by sharing the products, services, & decor that I trust and have chosen for my own family.
C H O S E N is more than a brand; it is about establishing a lifestyle with Jesus at the center. Choosing to follow Jesus is the best decision I have ever made; and I am beyond thankful that He chose to love an imperfect person like me.
Why interior decorating & DIY?
My father and mother are a true representation of what DIY is all about. My father made it a point to teach my two older sisters and me how to use a drill, saw, spackle, paint, lay tile, install a toilet, check the oil, landscape, mulch… you name it, my dad had us girls doing it! My mother has an incredible view on interior decorating and was the catalyst for putting a project into motion - she is my dad’s right-hand woman! At the time, I didn’t realize the value of what I was learning from my parents, but I truly appreciate it now! As I grew older and began making my own house into a home, my love to CREATE began to flourish. I realized that I’m never truly satisfied with furniture or décor pieces and if I do find something I like, it’s usually outrageously expensive. My husband always tells me “time to be creative”! Thanks to my parents, I realized that I have the tools to create & build exactly what I want at half the price & without sacrificing on my design vision by settling.
Why Real Estate?
Real Estate was a natural progression from interior decorating - a way for me to continue to challenge myself and learn a new skill set! I love to work along side my sellers by helping stage their home so that their property will be presented in the best possible way… increasing their sale price! I also enjoy working with buyers who are looking for investment properties. It is extremely rewarding to be a part of a rehab project and witness a once shabby home being brought back to life!
Why Arbonne is C H O S E N:
As a new mom to a little girl in 2015, I was searching for baby-safe products… and to my surprise, I was having a hard time finding reliable information. As I researched further, I discovered that the FDA does NOT regulate skincare, bath & body, cosmetic, or hair products! To my surprise, companies producing these products are not required to disclose an ingredient list. Thankfully, I was introduced to Arbonne by a fellow new mom also searching for clean, safe products for her child. It didn’t take long for me to realize that Arbonne was not like any other nutritional, skincare, or cosmetic company. Arbonne values its customers and the environment by implementing extremely strict ingredient & recycling policies, striving to do better and be better as a company. This is a company I wish to share with others as it’s transformed the way my family and I view a healthy lifestyle.
